HICAA (Home Improvement Contractors Association of America) is a newly formed Association put together solely for the Home Improvement Contracting Industry. HICAA is dedicated to providing education, information, legislation advocacy and knowledge of the best products and services available to Home Improvement Contractors throughout NJ & PA.
